Generally speaking

   We are a Greek company and we do ship internationally. All pricing, taxes and shipping costs are listed in Euro currency and the currency conversions are performed automatically in our website by using international currency values from the www.xe.com website. All transactions will be completed in any of our available currency.
   In order to process your order smoothly when paying via credit card, we strongly recommend that you specify the same address for your shipping address as your credit card billing address.
   We require an adult signature for all packages during delivery.
   Excluding civic and statuory holidays, all orders will be processed within one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verification.
   Gethelp Company does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays may not be processed until the next regular business day. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all orders will be shipped within the following 1-3 business days.

Our shipping policy

   Be advised that all warranties expressed or implied, will become null and void and that you (the customer), assume all responsibility for any damages, failures or non delivered items if you choose not to pay the optional shipping insurance.

Shipping Options

   During the checkout process, customers may choose either Regular Post Office first class airmail or UPS Courier Delivery via regular ground services.
   NOTE: Courier delivery is not available for orders addressed to Post Office Boxes, Rural Routes or General Delivery. We encourage these customers to choose either Regular Post Office first class airmail.
   We reserve the right to specify the shipper at our discretion. Courier services include UPS or DHL services, whichever is most economical.
   Customers requiring shipping methods and services other than those specified in our shipping form will pay any and all additional shipping charges.
   Orders purchased by rural customers whose purchases are to be shipped to post office boxes will be shipped via Regular Post Office first class airmail.
   When submitting PayPal payments, please provide us your "Confirmed Shipping Address" which you registered with Paypal. This will prevent your order from being delayed for further verification. If you prefer to ship to a location different from your confirmed shipping address at Paypal, please indicate your request in the note box. We appreciate your cooperation.
   Please note your shipment may be delayed for verification purposes. We verify all billing information provided by the customer. Please enter all information correctly. Inconsistencies in billing and shipping information may delay orders for 48 to 96 business hours for further verification.
   We ship from Athens Greece.
   We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process. In such a cancelation case by us we will refund you your payment through the same way if possible. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this process may cause.
